Waste of a Voice! - Times gone - too late to raise voice?

How many times have passed where you think and realise that you should of said something right then and there? - for me, a lot of times.
This also links to the documentary of toughest place to be a bin man as Iman and the rest of his friends and family for 5 years did not say anything to the other local people who dump their rubbish in Imans pile.
- but just when Wilbur raised his voice about how wrong it is and that it needs to be stopped, the locals did eventually stop. Its crazy to think that one small thing took 5 years?

- I feel very emotional towards this idea as in my youth I never said anything - raised a voice about what was going on at the time to my family and its only recently where I've opened up about what was happening at the time to my father, and if only I said something then, things may have been different - my future may have been different.
